Your choice of table plan will depend on the number of guests and the configuration of your venue.
You can do :
- Card by table (table name + list of guests at that table)
- Banner with all tables visible at a glance
- Escort card: a card containing first name + last name + table number
- TIP
For groups of 150-180 people or more, start with a simple table plan, listing guests in alphabetical order to avoid crowding in front of the table plan.
